HOW TO RECEIVE BLESSINGS
In the same way if you pick up a telephone and call a friend, they answer and communicate with
you on the same connection. Thus also if you think or contemplate of God/ Deity/ Saint/ Guru/
Entity/ Incarnations, they perceive your presence and on the same connection they send you
Blessings/ Grace in the form of Energy to vibrate through you, cleansing you, healing you. The
longer the connection/contemplation, the more Blessings and Grace you receive. Saints, Gurus,
Incarnations have realized God and are like Him and so are able to Grace you with their
Blessings.
The strongest source of the Grace and Blessings of these Entities are concentrated in their
FEET.All you have to do is to visualize the Entity you would like to Invoke and place your head
on their Feet.
You can do this dozens of times a day and benefit from their Grace.
So simple and uncomplicated.
We all know we have Chakras/ Energy Centers/ ,Dynamic Vortex devices that collect Universal
Life Force Energy (Prana) from the Universe and Vibrate the Energy throughout the Physical
body, Cleansing it. This is how the body is washed from the insides.
In the Hindu Systems, we touch the feet of the Elders and Deities from whom we want
Blessings. In the fingertips we have Energy devices that are tiny. On the Crown of our head, we
have an Energy device (Crown Chakra) that is Huge/Deep and Powerful. The Crown Chakra
absorbs Energy in vast quantities when placed on the Feet of the Entity. This is the right way to
accept so much Grace from God.Without Grace we feel and are incomplete.
Energy has weight and sinks to be concentrated in the Feet.
Our Crown Chakra in Computer Technology terms it can be likened as using a Broadband
Modem.
By using our Crown Chakra to absorb His Grace, we are all the time upgrading our entire
Energy Systems and also maintaining it to the Optimum. This is the ultimate quality of our
Crown Chakra, which also contains and connects to our Divine aspects.
Try this simple exercise. Visualize your Deity/ Guru/ Entity in your mind and approach Him with
reverence. Place your head on His feet. 95% of Beings will feel the intense beautiful vibrations
on their Crown increasing in Intensity the longer you keep your head on the Feet.
This is an Ancient System, lost to us because no one cared to explain the Science behind this
Divine method. We have become so intelligent that we question our Spiritual Teachers and do
not accept their simple words. Our Spiritual Teachers too have been used to being
un-questionable as this is a part of their ancient ways.
Modern Science has changed the conception of how we process Information by understanding
the Theory and then Practicing the Science. The Practical part of Spiritual Science is lagging
far behind. It’s so simple, if we can feel the Grace we know it is Real. We can then access it and
utilize it for the benefit of ourselves and All that is Manifest.
HOW TO GIVE / SHARE BLESSINGS
In the same way you receive Blessings by bowing your head in front of the Entity, in the same
way you may visualize your near and dear one’s by bowing their head at the Feet of the Entity.
Not only are they being Blessed, but you the Invoker will also be Blessed at the same time.
The best way is to prepare a list of names you wish to be Blessed,read out their names in your
mind and visualize their head on the Feet of the Entity.Do this for all the names you have on your
list. Keep on adding to your list other names if you wish. Do add your Ancestors too. If there are
one or more persons on your list who need specific healing, then in your mind read out what
specific healing they need while you visualize their head bowed to the Entity.
You may also visualize white healing light emanating from the Feet of the Entity, pouring into the
area needing healing or just filling up their body.
You may also do this several times a day.
A more concentrated form of giving and receiving Blessings is Visualising white light pouring
into and filling your/their body from the Gracious Entity.
All this is very simple,only concentration and visualization is required. Some of us have limited
power of visualization, so then Intention will be able to do the needful. All you have to do is
Intend in your mind that my/their head is on the Feet of the Entity.One may even keep a picture
of their Deity with their/family/ancestors picture below..All One has to do is keep Gazing at
Ones Deities or their Feet and Kirpaa/Grace is Chanelled.The longer one Gazes at the picture

You can also keep a picture of the Entity in front of you and Visualize or Intend that your/their
head is bowed at the Feet of the Entity too.
It is only the Grace of God/Entity that can benefit you and your Soul.Do start this Divine Spiritual

movements and thoughts are in Harmony with Nature.Anyone you realize you have hurt/ had
negative thoughts about , place their head on the Feet of the Entity and Invoke Blessings for
them.Think back into the past too and Bless all those whom you feel you have hurt and also
those you feel have have hurt you.All One's Guilt Feelings, Depressions,Impressions and
Suppressions will get Solace.
At any time One has Negative thoughts of anyone or self, just Visualise yours / their Head
Bowed on the Feet of Your Lord.
Make it a Practice in Your Daily Life,if One thinks Positively,strengthen that Positivity by placing
your / their head on the Feet of the Lord.
If One Thinks Negatively , Negate that by placing your / their head on the Feet of the Lord.By
understanding that what You have done is wrong and Placing the head of those You have
wronged on the Feet of the Lord,You will in Fact send much more Positive Energy.
The Un-understood Law of the Cosmos is "what One sends into the Cosmos returns Amplified
to the sender.If it takes longer to return it is More Amplified".
Therefore if One is Sending so Much Blessings,so much more Grace will come back to You.
